I was checking another Optimum Nutrition powder called 100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard and in the description it mentioned it contained Lecithin which was derived from soybean...as in soy? as in bad for males?
Now that is not the one I am buying, I am buying the Natural Whey jug, but that one also has Lecithin, but doesn't mention anything deriving from soybean.
I was wondering if the 100% Natural Whey jug I am buying is 100% free of soy...as I am nervous I might purchase something that somehow has some ingredient related to soy.
I hope GNC has this, as I am 100% unable to purchase it online.
Thanks for any help
P.S - here are the links for both jugs
- Natural Whey
- Whey Protein
