This is my THIRD time joining this forum. And I want it to be my last!

28 year old female
100 pounds to lose

Alternating carb days with non carb days. Going to eat 1,700 calories to start on days where I eat carbs and around 1,300 on days with just protein. After I lose 10 lbs, I'm going to try to shake this up a little!

Advice from anyone that knows about 'diets' revolving around carbs-- would love to hear from you!
 
I dont' have alot of experience in low carb diets. I'm sorry! But I wanted to welcome you to the forum and good luck on your journey! I know you'll find lots of support here :D
 
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water so you don't tax your kidneys. Your liver will have to take up some of the work load if you don't and could impead your weight loss. Water is very important especially when low carbing.
