Well, I keep track of my calories everyday and make sure it's the same everyday, but today I went over by 700 or so (Got stuck at a friends house and ate a bag of trail mix...(Nuts, raisins, etc.)
This isnt an everyday thing and won't happen again, I'm just wondering if this will screw me up for this week or make me gain some pounds or will I just lose less pounds or something serious...I'ts got me worried.
For excercise today I jogged 1 3/4 miles, walked/jogged 1 3/4 miles, then I did my indoor excercises (20 jumping jacks > next excercise > 20 jumping jacks, etc.) things like crunches, push ups, etc. Hopefully I got a good enough workout for today because I'm tired as hell, anyways maybe im worrying way too much and am just stupid with crap like this, or maybe I should worry... Oh well, maybe I can get some answers.
