I go indoor rock climbing regularly. Afterward, everyone likes to go out to eat. It always ends up being some place like TGI Friday's. I like to go out for the social aspect and also my boyfriend really enjoys it. What do I do for food so I don't completely lose any gains for the day? I don't really know what to order?

I would appreciate any advice!!!

If you know here you are going before hand, check to see if they have nutriotional information online.

If not, go for something with lots of veggies and maybe chicken breast and just ask them to not put any sauces on. And most importantly, don't eat the whole thing. Eat half and take the rest home.

Skip drinks. Just water or tea.
