aight now i was going to go on a clean bulk but then i was thinking. Ok now to gain one pound of muscle mass you have to eat 3500 cals. I eat 6 meals a day so that would mean i have to eat 600 cals per meal or more. But knowing alot of healthy food is low in cals means i would have to eat alot of food to get 600 cals. Now this might seem a stupid question but would i get a stomach from eating all thoese calories or not? just to gain muscle mass.
Now i have other question about counting cals. now i was looking at a brown rice bag and it said serving size 1/4 cup [42g (makes 3/4 cup prepared)] serving per container about 19 now calories 150 calories from fat 25.
now just an example if i were to eat 1 cup and a half of brown rice it would have 300 calories in it and 50 fat calories right? and if i were to eat 8oz of baked chicken it would have 440cals and 300 cals from fat right? and i would have 740 cals and 350 cals from fat would be one of the 6 meals right there.
