Going off Supplements---?

Hey all. Right now I'm takin Muscle Milk twice a day (morning and bedtime) along with one whey protein shake in the afternoon. I'm seriously considering cutting down to either just the whey protein, or just whole foods (tuna, canned chicken, etc). I'm just starting to see some results, finally, after nearly 5 months of bustin my ass in the gym, but Muscle Milk ain't exactly cheap. If I go off supplements, will I lose what I've gained? Will I have a harder time building muscle?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I would keep a PWO shake, but substitute food in for the other two. You shouldnt lose anything if you keep the same protein intake (and nutritiional) of what you had. Shakes are only to fill the void that food cant.

No, if anything you'll get better gains because real food is better for your body than a bunch of shakes. like tony said though i suggest keeping a post workout shake.

A good protein blend, fish oil and greens+ will always be apart of my diet.

If you can get enough protein using whole foods, sure it won't hurt. Like it was said its might be even better.

If i had to eat all my protein throughout the week i would be drove nuts cooking and eating the same things over and over, personally.

Get a quailty protein blend from called nitrean. I get protein pretty cheap online, its alot cheaper then lean beef.
