Hello and Good morning

I am new hear, thought i need someone to share my experience with and learn from others and get some motivation along the way.

My name is Maria, im half Russian half Palestinian and i live in Qatar.
I'm 163 CM tall and 68 Kg's in weight, which i recently gained.

my story goes like this : back in 2014 i was over weight (80 KG's) with proper diet and exercise i was 58 KG's by 2016 and maintained that weight, till May 2018, asides from being a gym addict i am a biker, nothing made happier than the breeze of cold hair (only in winter in Qatar) and riding with with no destination or purpose on the streets, till i had an accident and broke several bones and bruised my ribs and hip.
After few surgeries and re-habitation and physical therapy i was good to walk after a month and bones healed withing 2, however due to the lack of movement and bad diet i put on 10 Kg's, now im not really suffering obesity or something, i just feel uncomfortable as this is not the weight that i feel comfortable carrying (not mentioning the cloth i own).

so as i am able o fully run and function like before i signed up to the Gym again yesterday and restarted my health like and fit journey from scratch.

so i started with an omelette yesterday morning, lentil soup and a green salad for lunch and and one and a half hour of cardio (running+ cycling) while watching my favorite Tv show Dexter.

today i missed breakfast was rushing to work (woke up late well 6:30 am is late for a GOV employee), having an early lunch (11 Am now in Doha ) in few minutes, Russian soup called Borsche (google it :D)

and that is pretty much it, ill keep you posted on my weigh loss progress, please show your support, take care bye bye. XO
