Sport god i need help

Man this website has got me soo messed up. I am like seriously DEPRESSEd over what i can eat i have no idea, i can't eat anything but turky maybe not even that on Thanksgiving? i can't ever eat any kind of thing that has more then 2 grams of fat or something.. like what if cheese has too much fat or what if this or taht and im all sad and i dont eat and im like starving so i eat bad stuff and **** man. IM soo lost any insight im trying to gain muscle i haev a HORRIBLY fast Metabolism but i still dont eat right stuff. like yesterday i seriously ate an entire box of cheezits and it has no effect but wtf man ims oo lost
 
What do you mean this website has you so messed up?

all were doing is giving information, its up to you to weed out what is useful for you or not.
 
You have to understand a few things.

A) Not all fats are bad.
B) The ones that are, you can eat plenty of them. Fat is not just FAT, it is many fats.

Unsaturated fats are the stuff you want. Look for the subheadings under the FAT heading to see how much it has. Saturated fats are bad. Stay away from these. Transfats are brutal. Try to never eat these. They are very unhealthy, causing cancer.

Turkey is good I guess. I'm not sure of it's sources, but don;t worry man. U used to be like me. Just research this stuf f more, and be on this forum more. I have learned SO much from these members. :)
 
nobody is right on the fat thing, you need to have some fats in your diet for cns function and for the nerves in your body to function properly. don't omit all fats from the diet. don't they teach you all nutrition in school any more??

Not really. If you decide to take some health sciences is about it.

Basic physical education teaches you about drugs and crap. Nothing so much on nutrition.

Oh,....the things I would do to that curriculum. -__-''
 
its good to be dedicated but on days like today just loosen up and enjoy yourself. its not about calories and grams of fat, its about being thankful for what you have and spending time with family and friends.

now tomorrow morning, go back to business. ;)
 
such a shame no wonder our society is having so many major health problems that could be so preventable. * heavy sigh*
 
Our "major health problems" are McDonalds.

Seriously. It is, or is going to become a world epidemic from which no one can survive.
 
fast food should have warning labels just like tobacco- can lead to cardiovascular diease and diabetes etc.... that would be nice eh!!
 
Not really.

People know about this all over the world. It's become almost like a religion, or culture even. Everyone knows what McD's does to you.

It's their choice, of course.
