Man this website has got me soo messed up. I am like seriously DEPRESSEd over what i can eat i have no idea, i can't eat anything but turky maybe not even that on Thanksgiving? i can't ever eat any kind of thing that has more then 2 grams of fat or something.. like what if cheese has too much fat or what if this or taht and im all sad and i dont eat and im like starving so i eat bad stuff and **** man. IM soo lost any insight im trying to gain muscle i haev a HORRIBLY fast Metabolism but i still dont eat right stuff. like yesterday i seriously ate an entire box of cheezits and it has no effect but wtf man ims oo lost
