Goal: 125 and slimmer

Well, first off. I'm taking Adderall, which I am prescribed to for my ADD. I took it in elementary school to help me focus in school. And it always made me lose weight and fast. My mom said I lost a lot of weight in one month. I've been off of if for a while and I've gained weight. I keep telling my self I'm going on a diet and I'm forcing myself to workout. I'm sick of being fat and I miss wearing 6/8 jeans and feeling skinny. I want to lose weight and tone my arms, legs, stomach and lose my saddle bags and my flabby arms. I weight 162 right now. How long will it take me with the Adderall and working out?
 
Weight Loss is a big problem for the people and every man or woman suffering from high fat or big belly wants some solution to this problem. I have gone to and a lot of methods were given to reduce weight. Due to heavy weight, a lot of problems come in our life for which solution for is must. So, keep it up and try the measures given here for your good health.
 
You should work out daily morning and evening. Please also have meal diet regulary to control your weight. It is protein rich and will help you to . Oat meal diet preparation is very simple.
 
Hiya! First of all, I'd highly advise you to talk to a psychiatrist and get with a weekly therapist for the weaning off/or getting on Adderall part of this discussion. I'm a psychotherapist and I can say that that shit is powerful and you don't want to do anything without close supervision from a professional!

There are a lot of ideas in terms of eating healthy and exercise and you're in a good place to begin exploring that, but really, number one - get a therapist to help you with the meds. I can't stress this enough.
