Go Hard

Hello. I'm currently 20 yrs old, 5'10", 165 lbs, and consider myself to be in good shape. My goal in this journal is going to go throughout winter, this is to become a higher weight for strength and get more toned.

I'm going to post what I have eaten and the workout I did that day at the end of each day. What I plan to workout tommorow are Biceps, Triceps, and Chest. Thinking about going for a 10 min run, than 9 excercises, 3 focused on each muscle, totaling around 40-45 mins.

I realize I totally sound like a newbie, it's because I am =)
 
Good luck mate! If you're new to it all then post a reasonably detailed intended weekly plan for your workouts and the people here will be able to help you out, they're full of good ideas and information!

Thanks a bunch, going to the gym now havent done very well with eating today. Ruined it with 3 large triple triple coffees, going to be hard to stop that habbit but I asume it's not good for you.

Breakfast (6:30 am): Large triple triple coffee, peanut butter whole wheat bagel
Break (10 am): Large triple triple coffee, fruit concentrate snack
Lunch (12:30pm): Pork roast sandwich, gatoraid
After work (3:30 pm): Large triple triple coffee, Energy Bar
Gym (6:30-7:30 pm): After i workout im going to drink a GNC Whey Protein shake
Dinner (8:30 pm): Cesear Salad, chicken fingers

Not sure if this is really bad because im not really looking to lose weight, but I'm sure it's not an optimal diet.
 
I'm Canadian all we do in the morning is drink coffee... triple triple refers to how much sugar and cream you put in it... so three shots of cream and 3 spoons of sugar. Probably sounds funny to you because your not Canadian I asume, lol...

Just got in from the gym... I did 8 excercises I'm going to have to do some research on their actual names so I'm going to post what I did in a little.
