Sport gluten free?

Sport Fitness
i have Crohns and have been having other issues, too. i may have Celiac or gluten intolerance/sensitivity, i'm still getting tests done. i was just wondering if anyone on here is on a gluten free diet? how do you tolerate it and how does it affect your exercise, if it does.

my issues could just be related to my Crohns, it could just be me, or it could be in my head! :jump1:
if i do not have Celiac or gluten intolerance/sensitivity, i will go on an elimination diet to see if i can figure out what's going on. could be dairy? who knows.....thanks!!

I'm not gluten-free myself, but I gotta say, quinoa is a Celiac's best friend. Easy to make and you can combine it with virtually anything to make it taste like whatever you want. (Almond milk is also a fantastic dairy alternative, as long as you can get used to the plain, unsweetened variety.)

quinoa is pretty good..although i've only ever had it once! haha. and i love Silk chocolate almond milk. i know it's not plain and unsweetened, but it is delicious.
