Glutamine and BCAA's

I've been reading a bit about both of these supplements and I'm thinking of giving them a try. I just wanted some opinions of people with first hand experience with either of these. I'm looking to gain around 10-15 pounds of lean muscle. Your opinions? What brand do you prefer? How often and when do you take this product? Any side effects? Overall good or bad?

Both should be in any good protein powder.

BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids
Glutamine = Amino Acid

Then spend the money on food and not on glutamine and BCAAs. As Mreik said-get your protein in and you'll get plenty anyway.
