Glucosamine or other?

Do any of you use anything for joint pain, be it glucosamine or some variation? There are TONS of products out there and I just wondered what really works.
 
glucosamine and chondrotin are more for building stronger joints...they won't help with existing pain or inflammation.

more like preventative supplements.
I've heard of GSM too, but don't know a lot about it.
 
I have mild arthritis and I beagn taking a combination of Glucosamine, Chondrotin and MSM and I have been able to completely stop my arthritis medicine. I works wonders.
I take it twice daily and it takes about 10 days to take full effect. I swear by it!
 
Glucosmine and chondroitin are, how do you say, support material.

If you're an older lifter, 30+, get some. Also, how much fat are you getting in your diet?

A competitive BB once said he had shoulder pain and he upped his fat intake and started taking L-Glutamine.

Before you invest in glutamine, try the G & C.
