Hi i was just wondering i have a punch bag, what sort of gloves do i need just to hit the thing around?

You need whats called bag gloves. They are cheaper more simplistic and more effective for use on a bag.
 
This is a good cardio right?
I think I'll get one when I move.. they look so amusing and good to spare some time.
