Hi , I am new to all of this so please bare with me. My name is Tammy and I have been on a weight loss program since the 19 of October and have lost a total of 20 .6 pounds . I started out at 191.8 and right now as of yesterday I am 171.2 I would like to get down to about 135 So I have about 36 lbs to go (WHEW that sure sounds like a lot ) I have been reading some of everyones diarys and I just love the fact that everyone is so helpful and that you encourage each other i have looked at a few other forums and I really like this one . I do have a question about drinking water I am not a real big water drinker and I know I really need to drink it So does any one have a suggestion on how to start liking water . Does the flavored waters count I can handle them and how about the ones that are carbanated( hope you all dont check spelling LOL ) Ok I will hush now and Hope to start a diary tomorrow Sure glad I found all of you
