gift for parents

Hello everyone, I'm new!

I'm looking for a good fitness gift for my parents (they are ~50). Their living space is quite small, so there isn't a whole lot of room for storage. They aren't really into running or hardcore weight training, but they are very health conscious and do a considerable amount of walking/power walking.

I'm looking for something simple to aid them....a couple thoughts that crossed my mind were some light weights to use while walking, or wrist weights or something. Or perhaps something simple they could just do in the house, especially since it's cold out.

Does anyone have any other ideas? It would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Light weights sound good, I'm getting some for the girlfriend.

Sign them up for a 5K or a fun run and you pay the registration fee. Or sign them up for a gym and you pay the first 3 months.

A gift certificate for GNC or Vitamin World or something equivalent to stores mentioned so they can buy their supplements, vitamins or whatever they need to aid their workout. Or gift certficate to an apparell store that sells work-out outfits.
