Ok, I have little or no willpower which sucks bigtime when it comes to losing weight :(

So what to do, what to do - I am 220 right now, I would like to be arounf 155, I have joined the gym and try to get there at least 3 times a week. My calric intake is the problem, I eat too much crap.

I have found another site where you can keep a daily track of the amount of food you eat and the amount of calories you burned so for today I have burned 370 and intake is 1293 :confused:

What to do? I am going to walk a mile home from work today, that should help... at least a little

Thank you for the warm welcome - I've been reading the posts and it seems everyone on here is very supportive of each other, exactly what I need!
 
Yes You Found The Right Place For It And I Was Eating And Yoyoing As Well But We Have Started The 1200 Cal Diet Support And I Am Doing It Now Feel Free To Post Anywhere And Join Some Of The Challenges And Clubs Under The Club Section You Can And Will Do This If You Let Us Help You And Keep Us Posted!
