Ok, I have little or no willpower which sucks bigtime when it comes to losing weight
So what to do, what to do - I am 220 right now, I would like to be arounf 155, I have joined the gym and try to get there at least 3 times a week. My calric intake is the problem, I eat too much crap.
I have found another site where you can keep a daily track of the amount of food you eat and the amount of calories you burned so for today I have burned 370 and intake is 1293
What to do? I am going to walk a mile home from work today, that should help... at least a little
