Hi.
I'm currently signing up for the army and I have a pretty small frame enough as it is.. the BMI is preferibly 25 and I'm 19. I want to convert some on my fat that i do have in certian areas to mucsel if thats an option.
I go to gym about 3 times a week and I do Cardio befrore weights. I hope thats helping in some form. I know other exercises like pilartes which help give a toned affect. Is there any thing else i can do. Is it a good idea to increase my weights more? ? Or just gradually increase rather than doing it in one big go.?
Anyone else got any good suggestions about how i can get more "muscel" rather than losing weight.
