Getting Toned.

Hi.
I'm currently signing up for the army and I have a pretty small frame enough as it is.. the BMI is preferibly 25 and I'm 19. :( I want to convert some on my fat that i do have in certian areas to mucsel if thats an option.

I go to gym about 3 times a week and I do Cardio befrore weights. I hope thats helping in some form. I know other exercises like pilartes which help give a toned affect. Is there any thing else i can do. Is it a good idea to increase my weights more? ? Or just gradually increase rather than doing it in one big go.?
Anyone else got any good suggestions about how i can get more "muscel" rather than losing weight.

if you want to reep the benefits of weights more than cardio, then that should be done first. You may want to increase your food intake too ... hard to gain weight without food, especially muscle.
