Hello, I would like to know how I can measure my body fat as I'm currently not overweight I probably weight in between 168-173 which is what I should weight. The problem is I have a lot of loose fat that I never did anything about. I've had a lot of stress over the years so I assume this has helped me keep my weight down and fit into a nice pair of pants although my eating habits have not changed, I'm guilty for having a serious sweet tooth. Iworryk when things improve for me soon that if I continue my habits I'll become overweight, as I was years ago. I would like to know how I can measure with simple tools my body fat ratio and are there any exercises that I could do to eliminate the loose fat that I have, I would like to get toned and lean not buff.
