Hey, all
I just this week got my ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer certification. I'm not necessarily looking to change careers as I've been working in IT for over 20 years. However, I would certainly be interested in learning under a veteran trainer if possible. I've got the theory, but no practical experience beyond my own training.
Does anyone have any ideas of where I could go or how to approach the concept of being able to "intern" under an experienced trainer in order to get some good, hands-on, practical experience? Has anyone done anything like that before?
Between working full time and having a wife and young kids, time is somewhat limited, but I'd like to find some way to get some experience and practical knowledge if I can.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
