getting started again after shin splints

Hey, I have developped shin splints... and I've done quite a bit of research on them, so I know how to treat and prevent them. So that's not what my question is about. I'm curious if anyone knows what kind of running program I should do to get back started again. Obviously the times are dependant on my abilities... but I can experiment and figure those out later, I just want a sort of approximate plan. Thanks in advance.
