getting rid of my gut

how do i get rid of my growing gut and developing love handles? crunches, running, leg lifts, jumping jacks, bicycling??
 
Burn more calories than you eat. Do a search for Chillen, one of the active members of this forum. He routinely posts how to lose weight. The only way to lose the gut and love handles is to burn fat off your entire body.

Don't drink soda, cut down on coffee if you're a drinker, and no more little debbie snacks. Try to eat several SMALL meals a day to keep your metabolism kicking in high gear.

What does your current exercise regimine look like right now? Be honest, it will benifit you, we don't care if you don't do a thing.

If your exercise routine is non-existant, then just do something. People make the biggest gains going from zero exercise to some exercise. Try to run 3 or 4 days a week, a slow jog will do. Pushups, chin ups, and crunches/pilates are good places to start in your home.

Very good advice, take it. I wish I could convey this message to others.
 
ok, here it is...the only exercise i do is jog in place in the afternoon at work for 15min. i walk 40min to work and sometimes back home. that's it for now!

ParkSUNG...........You have to go wild......and SING in YOUR PARK!

You need a diet and training plan--with BOTH being a constant and you making it persistant!

Make your own journal:

You could name it something like: Making my own SPARK in my PARK or what ever you like.

You would get a steady does of encouragement (I will be your greatest fan!), log your training, diet, and ask questions. Alot of eyes see these journals.

And, most importantly, you will get a steady relationship among people that share common interests and this will encourage you!................


I will assist you all I can with tools necessary to develop a diet plan and training plan..........
