Hello all! I've already lost plenty of weight with diet change and minimal exercise, but my hanging gut and "moobs" won't go away. I figure with how much weight I've lost (over 150 lbs) it might just be skin at this point, but the gut, no. In any case, I've been thinking of exercising more often, but a gym is my last option. What can I do at home and outside to get rid of the hanging gut and tone my chest? Note that I do not have a lot of upper body strength when considering advice. I am considering building the upper body too. I've searched on Google for all of this, but the advice isn't coming from direct experience on the websites I've visited.
