My name is Joe, I am 19 years old and I am a slim person looking to built my body up and get my fitness level up. I saw this forum and I just had to join because I have a few questions to ask about training at home.
Now, the equipment I have at home are very limited and they are:
- A Slendertone belt.
- 2 dumbells (both 8.3 KG)
Now, I am going to give you my method for my week of training.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
(Step 1) : Firstly, I put on my Slendertone belt for my training session so while I am training it is working my abs.
(Step 2) : I carry out 25 manual arm weights with my dumbells.
(Step 3) : I carry out 25 push-ups.
(Step 4) : I try to work my pecks by carrying out 30 presses with my dumbells.
(Step 5) : I repeat step 2, 3 and 4.
(Step 6) : After the Slendertone belt has finished (after 20 minutes), I then take it off and carry out 2 sets of 25 sit-ups.
Tuesday/Thursday
I go for a 20 minute jog with the Slendertone belt on and then come home and carry out 2 sets of 25 sit-ups. I do not do any training on Saturday and Sunday.
I am wondering if I am doing enough to built up my body. Now, I don't want my body to be huge, I just want to make it look good. I want to get in shape.
I am also wondering what is the best way to get your pecks up?
And finally, what is the best way to get a six-pack?
I want to be able to built my pecks and abs up with my equipment or by manual. I do not want to purchase any machinery or benches.
Any videos or step by step guide how to do's would be very useful! Thank you very much!
