i'm 14 years old & i'm trying out for field hockey in the fall... i don't know how to play but that's not the problem, i need to be able to run... i can run some, but very slowly... and getting onto the field hockey team at my school is basically a challenge to see who has the fastest mile time & we also have to be able to run at least 30 minutes or about 3 miles... fun... if you guys have any idea how i can do this fast (school starts on sept. 7 and tryouts are a week earlier i think) if anyone knows any other exercises that i could do to get into shape for field hockey that would be great! please respond quickly! thanks a lot!!!
