So im new on this dairy
Im 175 cm tall and comme from 115kg to 73kg.
2 years later am now 77kg i weight myself in the fitness centrum this morning . My firts day !!
30min workout gym .
 
Today is my "rest"day my body is sore ,need to recover .becous i have hip osteoarthritis i can not do every workout i wont todo like before but im cherging now what works best .before i walkt alot and that helps good for weightlose but now i cannot walk alot enimore it hurs like hell. So i do what i can. (Sorry for my englisch im not just to it) i thit find a maschien that not hurt my hip :rowing maschien ,so i keep going on this one.
 
Those stuffed peppers look really nice! My hips hate the rower but everyone's different so why not give it a go?

Thank you. yes they where good.I could not eath it al they have me filled up fast. Yes everybody is diferent .tomorow i will do it again.wisch workout works best for you?thanks for the talk wisch you luck
 
What I really enjoy is strength training and hiking. Plus simple calisthenics-type stuff in the park in warmer times. Also swimming if I can find clean enough water. Swimming´s easy on the hips, too! I´m working on my running at the moment because it´s something I feel I ought to be able to do but it SO not my thing :D

Oh yes strengt training i love this but my hip specialist told me that i can not do this enimore no running not even long walks .i dont cry for the running becous i never love it aneways but i wisch you the best in it YOU CAN DO IT there is a app wher you have to run from zombie maybe to make it playfull you will like to do it? (When there ar zombie the app tels you to run fasther ..)bestluck
 
:D I´m not a fan of technology OR zombies, but the idea is very funny :D
I can see your hip specialist barring you from certain specific (high-strain) strength exercises, but anything for the upper body would be ok, wouldn´t it?
Would biking work for you? I would expect non-weight-bearing exercise to be easier on your hips in general.

Yes correct .i did biking but it hurts so i stopt en whent back on my rowing today. thit 25min hiit on the rowing maschien .

New weight scan in the gym 75.9 kg before a workout.afther a workout is 77kg one day ago.
I already make my food yestherday for today so i wil just clean the house and go drawing again ist my zen time for the day. Im already proud of myself for going to the gym

It been a time that i was here becaus i was and am still sick its my 3 week its always the same whit me i workout and i becoum sick 2a3 weeks ..
