Hey everyone. I'm new to these forums as well as the world of fitness and exercise!
I'm 18 years old and have always been pretty skinny, have a high metabolism and a good body considering the things I eat. I am thin, but NOT toned at all. So recently I decided that I want to get super fit both for the health benefits and to 'perfect' or sculpt my body, i.e. get a really nice flat tummy and abs, no love handles, look much more toned all over.
Anyway, started the insanity workout - I know this sounds extreme but I WANT something extreme, and I'm really liking it so far even though it's tough. Just wondering, is it OK for me to follow this plan without following the diet plan? I don't eat unhealthily but don't really want to be committed to a diet especially since I'm not really interested in losing much weight, just toning up..
Please don't say 'Insanity isn't for you' because I'm really enjoying it and it's the only thing I've managed to keep up! (I'm in my 2nd week btw)
