I'm 18,
I've worked out off and on for about 2.5 years with weights, and honestly i just like bodyweight better. Recently, i've been working a lot, and exercising has become difficult to keep a routine. One week i worked 33 hours, and this coming i'm working right at 30. So i get maybe 2-3 days off, 3 if i'm lucky.
With that being said, is there a routine i could follow as far as resistance goes that i could knock out 2 days a week? I'm basically starting up again, so I can't go with high intensity in workouts, nor lots of sets either. If anyone can help out, i would appreciate it.
I can do inverted rows, and pushups, but i can't do bar dips because i have no way of doing them.
