My goal is to drop down to 180-220 by June 07. I have new found motivation after shattered my ankle this past September playing soccer. I got extremely lazy after breaking it. I used to start 1st base in Varsity Baseball freshmen and sophomore year because I always had drive to do over 100%.
My routine is Cardio on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (1 1/2 - 2 hours)
Lifting on Tuesdays, Thursdays and sometimes Saturdays
My routine is 2 exercises for each body part 10-20 reps
When I go to the gym everyday I warm up with a job on the treadmills. After my heart rate is over 100 i jump into stretching. 2 for every body part hold for 10-20 secs. After Im done with stretching I go to the day it is.
Then to finish the day I jump into cardio for 20 to finish off.

Work: 9am-5pm office job basically
