GETTING DOWN 2 55 KILOS (the cohen's way)

Well this is my second attempt at Cohen's Lifestyle Diet ... fell off the wagon but am now safetly back on it and looking forward to seeing the weight drop off and those scales eventually reading a clear 55 kilos.
I currently weigh 74 kilos ... my first goal weight is 70 kilos which i am determined to reach by my birthday next Thursday as i am booking in to get my hair done. I am going to use this journal to write down all the things i eat and any exercise i do. I am going to use this to record my wins and my struggles and the changes i make to myself and my life. Bring it on baby.

Tuesday 21st February

Cottage Cheese w Chives and Tomatoes
Fillet Steak w Mushrooms
5 x Paradise Lites
3 Litres H20 / 1 x Lax tea
 
sounds like your on your way! i dont know much about cohens but if it worked for you before, its got to work again right? good luck on your journey and stay focused! :D

Mmmmmmmmmmm .... i have been drinking far too much pepsi max and not enough water so as off tomorrow am limiting myself to 2 cans a day and no more. I am looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow morning. Already been asked if i lost weight and that is highly inspiring. I am doing this a bit differently as I am going to treat myself to a free meal each week (obviously nothing to bad) to ensure i stick to the program abd apparently its good for the metabolism. we shall see.

Thanks wonderwoman for ur post - nice to see someone reads these things. I was looking at ur stats ... thats so amazing. How did u do it?
 
Woke up this morning and was pleased to see another shift on the scaled ... i now weigh 71 kgs. Although I believe that having my nightly cup of lax tea is helping me along. I like that my work pants are baggy and i like that my tummy is shrinking ... just looking forward to my arse and thighs shrinking too. I had my free meal tonight ... with no guilt so it feels really strange as i usually would feel so rotten by now but i dont coz i know i am back on the wagon tomorrow morning. We went to GUCCE in Applecross ... shared a small tappas plate and then had chicken ceaser w some mars bar cookies to finish. I just took some senna tablets to give my system a huge clean out tomorrow morning ... they will probably hit at 5amish, so glad its Saturdau tomorrow (NO WORK FOR ME YAY). Its now 9.30pm and am off to bed 2 read my CLEO mag. Must book myself in for my hair appointment tomorrow.
