Hey guys ive been trying to get cut for a while now but im having trouble trimming down around the waist, and under the chest a bit as well.
What have you tried to do within this cut? What hasn't worked, is the learning block that leads you to what does work. If you tried to cut, do I "assume" you calculated your approximate calorie needs, adjusted this numerical data, to include an appropriate calorie deficit (for you), and determined your macro nutrient grams?
Do you know how to approximate your Maintenance-Line of calories? Do you know how/why one would/and when to manipulate the calorie, and macro nutrients?
are there any good supplements that can help trim me down some...
