Getting Big and Getting a Six-Pac

Im trying to get Big and also want to get a six pac at the same time. Should I incorporate cardio into my workout everyday? I don't want to take away all my carbs and calories from cardio. Right now I am about 6ft and weigh 152lbs, so I don't have alot of fat to burn off.

u have a dilema ... it's extremely difficult to do both. I would focus on one or the other and then go for the second. It would probably be easier to go for the 6-pack first, as it's easier to do the less weight u r carrying around, and then just maintain it. Besides, by the sound of ur weight, you have a lot further to go to be 'big' then to get a 6-pack.

If you're six feet and 152 you dont have much LBM and a higher level of fat if you cannot see your abs. Like AllCdnBoy said you're primary goal should be mass. With increasing you LBM you should incorporate weighted ab work not just the long burn ab routines. The long high rep burn ab routines will not cause hypertrophy in your ab muscles like weighted ab work will do. Everyone has abs. You just might need to make them come out a bit. Concentrate on gaining LBM, weighted ab work and lifting in the 5-8 rep 4 sets range (and PUSH YOURSELF, sweat a little), eat BIG but eat CLEAN. Combining those will not help you lose much fat but you'll gain LBM and gain some LBM in your abs which will show them off more and you'll look more proportinate to your height with the added LBM. Once you go up in LBM then you can diet back down. Getting some mass should be your first concern. One of the people I train was 6' and 140lbs. In two months I have him up 10lbs to 150lbs. no supplements excpt for protein. I changed his eating, got him to eat the right amount of protein for his LBM% and taught him how to eat BIG and CLEAN.
