Well for all of you wondering what this challenge is all about;

This challenge is for those who had reached a certain after weight and now have gained that back on; I am one among them had gone down to 137 and now back up to 160; so now I am trying to get back to my after. We can start by posting our starting weights and our lowest after weight and post everyday regarding the steps we are taking to get back to the after; like changes in our diet and excercise program and our daily emotions; I know i get quite emotional looking at my after wardrobe. So anyone interested can post the following:

1. The weight you started your weight loss journey with:
2. Your lowest weight on your after:
3. The weight you are now:
4. What caused you to gain it back:
5. What is your plan now to get back to your after weight:

Link to your diaries here where you can record your everyday journey.

My responses:

1. The weight you started your weight loss journey with: 185

2. Your lowest weight on your after: 137

3. The weight you are now: 163

4. What caused you to gain it back: I guess I just began enjoying, got married and started getting lazy and not working out as consistently as I did and got back easily to my old habits

5. What is your plan now to get back to your after weight:
Getting back to working out consistently and eating right and watching what I eat.

My journey to my after is documented under: http://weight-loss.fitness.com/weight-loss-diary/27379-getting-back-my-after.html

this is a really cool idea, I have been doing similar in my journal. I am limited on time so not promising to be on here real frequently but I see how kick butt you are doing in our challenge so I thought I woudl throw you some support!

1. The weight you started your weight loss journey with: 155.0 on 1/1/08

2. Your lowest weight on your after: 147 on 4/11/08 (was shooting 135)

3. The weight you are now: 155.0 (how ironic look @#1)

4. What caused you to gain it back: hit some bumps in road with my health, lost ground, got tired and discouraged, and allowed life to take over

5. What is your plan now to get back to your after weight: realize its NOT all or nothing, put my healthy habits higher on priority list, learn to portion control on sweets
