I have been trying to get good abs since 8th grade. I am now in 12th, and it still isnt working. I run with my X-country team every day which averages to be about 4 miles a day. I know i need to eat healthier but its almost too boring... I guess what im trying to ask is what kind of diet do i need to go on in order to get great abs, what kinds of exercises should i be doing and also what are the most effective ab workouts that will work every part of my abdominals. Anyone?
