Getting 6-Pack Abs

Okay guys. My goal is to get 6-pack abs by June 1, 2007. Let me first tell you what I am currently eating, my lifestyle, and whatnot. Then you can tell me what I need to be doing, eating, acting and so on.

This is my current diet:
Breakfast:
- 2 chocolate Poptarts w/ a glass of chocolate milk
Lunch:
- a slice of Domino's pizza w/ water
Dinner:
- varies daily but usually consists of fast food (Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds, Wendy's, etc.) Usually a Hamburger or chicken w/ a powerade//fruit punch//water.

Lifestyle:
I am currently 15 years old. I play Lacrosse for school, and I also play hockey. I have very limited upper body strength, its all in my legs. I can only bench around 85 whereas I can leg press 375+ and squat 250+. I am about 5'5 and around 125 pounds right now. As currently a big pack of pudge that i call my abs. I drink no soda, and I'm pretty good about staying off junk food and I dont snack in between or after meals. I drink 3-5 bottles of water through out the day and then I have Lacrosse practice until about 5ish or so (it runs around 2 hours). Let me know if i need to include anything else.

Limitations:
I do not have access to a gym, unless I'm working out with the team, and I am very limited in my choices for lunch. For Breakfast, I guess I could pick up anything, really; but how does cheerios sound? As for lunch, I can choose from a slice of pizza or two, OR a chicken sandwich. And then dinner, I can be flexible and try to pick up whatever, but how does some frozen dinner from like Kroger//Food Lion//Wal-Mart sound?

What I've Been Doing:
I play lacrosse daily, I play Hockey (but current off-season). I go roller skating every weekend (4-5 hours a night). I don't currently run on my own, and I only do about 300 crunches every other night or whenever I can find the time to work it in.

I know the first thing I can do is modify my diet, and then add in some cardio activity (running 2-4 miles a day or so) and then crunching all the time. However, what do you guys suggest for a diet and for a workout plan? What should I do on a day-to-day basis and what do you think will get me to having a six-pack in about 8 weeks? (if its even possible)

Thanks in advance!

Let me know if you need anymore information or anything.

You're not likely to shed fat with that diet...

Drop the junk food & eat 6-to-7 small-to-moderate-sized nutritious meals each day (check out my earlier posts since I dislike writing so many details over & over again; better yet, start researching about nutrition on your own).

P.S.: If you're a long way from having low body-fat, then you may miss your scheduled goal date (but don't throw in the towel over this... just keep working at it & tweaking your nutrition & exercise schedules as you learn more).

P.S.S.: Instead of adding more cardio, try weight-training 2 or 3 days a week, as when muscles enlarge they require more maintenance & therefore you burn more calories with your muscles enlarged than you would with your muscles being smaller (so burning fat becomes easier -- cardio burns the calories when you're exercising, but that's about it, since muscles don't tend to grow fast with cardio work... but with weight-training, it's a different story; but no matter what you do, your nutrition must still be good to get abs to show).

I'm not even going to start on your diet.
You don't bench press 300 times with zero weight, don't do 300 crunches.
You WILL NOT LOOSE FAT ON YOUR STOMACH BY DOING CRUNCHES!

Whether you reach your goals or not is entirely in your control, knowledge is key.
Come back after you've read sticky's and slapped yourself on the forehead about your horrible diet :p

Ok first off, everyone has a 6 pack, or 8, or 12 depending on genetics. For the majority of people its covered by a layer fat. You CANNOT spot reduce fat unless youre using certain AAS or other chemicals. You do need to get into some kind of solid lifting program, but right now the majority of your results will come from your diet.

and eating right is everything.
