Get rid of that gut

Hi, I'm having trouble losing my little belly, and being 18 I really don't want to have a gut this early

-I play hockey 5 times a week
-I work out 3 times at least, heavy weights. not much cardio


Should i give up the weights and just start biking and running more, I weigh 206 pounds but I'd love to be 195 and lean.
 
If you want to be lean, I wouldn't give up the weights. But odds are the guy is a product of your diet. Not exercise, or lack thereof.

Do spend some time reading the stickies.
 
As I said. It is going to start with the diet. Did you read the stickies?
