Hey guys. It's me, miss_christi. I decided to make a new account. The old one just wasn't cutting it for me anymore.
A lot has happened lately. Let me fill you in.
Andree and I moved back to Arizona. We just couldn't handle Cali anymore.
1. It's too expensive.
2. My asthma and the humidity do not get along!
3. Andree's immune system doesn't get along with Cali weather either.
4. I missed my family and friends!
So, we're back. We live with my Dad again, which I'm really happy about. I missed him. The radiation from his cancer two years ago, has really taken a tole on his body. His cheeks are really puffed up, and he's gained weight because all he's been eating is malts due to his throat, where the cancer was. He can't eat solids, because the inside of his throat looks like marshmallows. So, I need to find out what I can due to help him. If you have any ideas on what he can eat, or drink rather, let me know. Remember, no solids. He can handle things like soup sometimes, but it's mostly liquid.
As for me, I've gained 30 pounds in the last two years, and that's just got to go. I've got a kitchen to cook in now, I've got my eliptical trainer back, and really there's no more excuses. The entire time I was in California, I said "If only I had the eliptical, I'd be okay". Now I have it, so GET IT.
My Dad got his 100% disability status from the VA, which is good. His money problems will cease to exist. I'm really excited about that. I'm also happy because, as long as I'm in school, I can get $800/month from the VA. That will cut the work load down a lot. I'll still work, but only part time.
So, the plan!
Right now, I'm just getting off fast food, and regular soda. Slow and steady wins the race, right Stingo?
Each week I'll add a new change.
I'll post my stats later. :]
