HI,
Im about 5'8'' and 140pds. I want to apply to Annapolis Naval Accademy and i need some tips on how to get in shape for the rigorous tests i will hopefully be taking. Also im goin out to Philmont N.M. for a 90mile hike w/ around a 45-60pds pack any tips on how to get my weak knees in shape?

people usually have weak knees because there to bendy by genes and wat not or not bendy enough
try yoga this will also help u with any balance tests they might throw at ya
also try swimming because it build muscle without strain and also if ure tryin to join the navy it might be a good idea to learn how to swim lol
try being able to lift ure own body weight aswell cos the most common test is done with ure body eg pressups chinupsetc
try walkin up and down the stairs with a heavy back pack for about half an hour gradually building up the weight to 45 or 60lbs watever u feel comfortable but dont suddenly put 60lbs in the backpack if u can only lift like 20 or watever it will take time
