Get Fit Quick!!!

Hey Everyone.

Looking for a little advice,

since i got a new job and moved to england a whole year ago I have done no exersise at all. not even a jog...
I now have a football tournament with my work at the weekend 6 days from now.

Is it advisable to exersize this week as a last ditch attemp to loosen myself up.. or just leave it untill i get there and see what happens? if so what exersize is best? running? gym? cycling? etc etc.

I realise that there isnt much i can do in a week but surelly something is better than nothing?

any help greatly appreciated..

There's probably not a whole lot that you could have done, maybe go for a couple of short jogs, do some stretching, and cross your fingers that it would have helped. How did the tournament go?
