do you guys find that there's alot of difference between the kind of training and classes that men and women take part in at your gyms? or are things pretty equal?does this sort of thing depend on the type of gym you attend?:confused
I actually see more and more women in the squat rack, which is refreshing, most of them don't know what they are doing though and do quarter squats or very bad just above parallel squats (which have nothing to do with them being women, this is what the majority of the people do, both men and women[/politicallycorrectstatement]). I'm at a university gym and a lot of the women I see in the squat racks are athletes, either from handball, volleyball, or something else I think that has something to do with it. They could have been educated by a coach who has told them to do squats. There is a tendency among men who are athletes to do the same.
