Current Weight: 167 pounds
Short-Term Goal: 157 pounds
Long-Term Goal: 130 pounds
Height: 5'7"

Today, I ran on my treadmill for about 12 minutes (sad, but I was running most of the time), did stretches, push-ups, & sit-ups.
It's not much, but it's a start. I think. . .

Food Journal:
-1 bowl All-Bran Cereal with Chocolate Syrup & 1% Milk
-1 glass of Milk
-PB & Jelly Sandwich
-Nature Valley Bar in Apple Crisp
-Approx. 10 French Fries
-2 bowls of Indian Sweet Rice + Curd
-1 Bag Sweet & Salty Popcorn
-1 bowl All-Bran Cereal with Chocolate Syrup & 1% Milk
-1 bowl of Indian Sweet Rice + Curd

As you can see, I eat mostly junk all day. I need to get serious about my weight! I want to change! I MUST take action.

well its a start anyway - at least you got on the treadmill and its not just being used as a coat rack!

breakfast looks ok, the rest of the day needs fixin up! hope you'll be back soon so we can help you out. :)
