Im a 17yo from Australia whose trying to lose 20KG!
Current weight: 202lbs (90kg)
Goal weight: 152lbs (70kg)
I am planning to do the following workout (trying for twice a day)
- stretching
- 30 sit-ups
- 5min skipping
- sprinting
- 5min skipping
- 30 sit-ups
- warm down stretch
How does my workout look? Any tips for my diet? Im a bit clueless when it comes to losing weight Any advice would be great - thanks all!
