Im a 17yo from Australia whose trying to lose 20KG! :D

Current weight: 202lbs (90kg)
Goal weight: 152lbs (70kg)

I am planning to do the following workout (trying for twice a day)

- stretching
- 30 sit-ups
- 5min skipping
- sprinting
- 5min skipping
- 30 sit-ups
- warm down stretch

How does my workout look? Any tips for my diet? Im a bit clueless when it comes to losing weight :( Any advice would be great - thanks all! :)
 
Welcome to the forum there are a few Aussie girls on here, were are you from?
Start a diary and post your meals and the girls can help you with the food side of things. Remember to drink lots of water.
Exercise looks good to me. Walking and swimming are good as well if you have the time.
 
I'll be swimming often once my body gets into better shape - I also sometimes go for a 20-30minute walk so maybe I can bring that into my workout plan too :D
