gday folks

my name is ofir I am 23 years old and hail from melbourne, australia. I have been one of those people whose joined the gym over the years in an effort to lose body fat. As we know how it goes I never stuck to my program (usually making poor excuses not to go). Suddenly 2006 rolled by and for some reason I felt an overwhelming motivation to stick to my routine and have been successfully attending the gym for the past 4 months making sure I go 3-4 a week. As a short man (5' 7") I started my routine at 91 kg and now I am 87 kg but I have been doing more weight training than cardio so I believe that I have lost fat by gained more mass. I also started a lot of online articles and mens health magazines which has helped me a lot with my healthy lifestyle and hopefully I can help other people on the forum :)
