Hi all I'm new to this site, looking for support and encouragement with diet. I have terrible body issues and although I'm very active (cycling everyday, strength training 5 days a week) I have a hard time with diet. I obsess and analyze every thing I eat and have issues with binge eating which of course holds back my attempts at weight loss. Would love to talk strategies with like minded people! I'm going to try to post my food diary daily just to hold myself accountable for what I'm shoving into my gob it may make me think twice before a binge!
