Just a quick intro

I am a 33 year old married, non smoking, non drinking, mother of 3 boys living on the Cooloola Coast in Queensland Autralia.

Currently I am getting back into shape after work, kids and injury conspired to help me gain toooooo much fat. In winter I play Rugby Union (Hooker) and in summer i assist coach my sons cricket team.

My goal is to get back into shape, loose some of the fat ok a lot of fat and gain a lot more muscle and strength to improve my Rugby performance and to consider powerlifting.

at my last fitness assesment just under 6 weeks ago i had lost 5% BF and gained 1 kilo of muscle and have a new assesment due next week.

At the moment i am hitting the gym 3 days a week for a full body workout (no cardio) and do cardio (bike) for 1 hour on alternate days.
