Sport Gas!

Ok, straight to the point - Trying to eat right means lots of veggies, which mean for some major gas issues! Its killing me how my stomach is blowing up and having really bad cramps by the evening because I ate well! I even take beano!! It only makes it a bit better, but not much. Any suggestion??
 
Pull your buttcheeks apart so they sound like a hiss instead of a horn? :D
 
Its probably just your body adapting to a change in diet. If your eating other things like meat, dairy or protein shakes this will have an effect also. Just give it some time it will probably sort itself out. Something that I have found to relieve bloating is a baking soda and lemonade drink.
 
I hear ya on this one...

I just glance at the person beside me like "OMG, what did YOU do??"... if you can perfect this look, you might just be able to convince them that it was their fault.

This works like a charm on airplanes :cool:
 
Has anyone tried taking acidophilis and bifodus cultures (either from A&B milk or yogurt like activa brand)?
