well i'm training to be a boxer. im 1.79m but only 61-64kg. (my weight varies alot!) i hit the gym and life weights quite regularly(about 2 times a week) but also have boxing training, which is mostly cardio?(shadow boxing, circuit training, and running 2.4km) so will i still be able to gain muscle mass/size if i keep this up? whether it will be difficult to do so shouldnt/doesnt matter. as long as it is attainable, whether slow or not. ill be happy.
