gaining weights.

I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 I'll have to measure my self later I cant remember exact. I was at doctor today I got weighted I was 125 pounds :( . I lifted weight a lot last year for high school baseball, but didnt gain much. I look little bigger, but I dont feel bigger. I worked out all december with a 30 day gym membership with my buddy.

What I want to know is since I'm not gainining much from food or anything. What should I eat? and what kind of weight gainer would work well? If I'm real dedicated when will I start seeing result? I want target my weight within 150-160. I dont really want to be super big, But I dont want to be small. Just average built.

I was at food city saw some 4 pack of muscle milk should I buy some of those? Or am I better off going to my GNC or CVS getting some weight gainers? I'm on a budget I cant spend a lot on it. I dont know if I can afford to buy them every time I run out. I do have about 100 pounds worth of weight down stair I can use until I can start paying for 30 day gym membership.

Any advice on eating and weight gainers can be helpful thanks. Oh ya I did drink Amino Jac back in December. I sometimes can eat 8 times a day small meal and snack through out day. Some days I eat 3 big meals, some days 2 small meal, I just go back and forth.

Sorry for long post and if this question already been ask I just need help trying to gain weight. I've been trying to eat, eat, eat. But not exactly working for me.

My advice would be to go out and get the book "Scrawny to Brawny". It is one of the best investments you can put your money towards, right up there with the food :)
 
Read the nutrition thread. I'm pretty sure we've got LV's grocery list posted...which is a definitive list of the right foods to eat.
