I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 I'll have to measure my self later I cant remember exact. I was at doctor today I got weighted I was 125 pounds . I lifted weight a lot last year for high school baseball, but didnt gain much. I look little bigger, but I dont feel bigger. I worked out all december with a 30 day gym membership with my buddy.
What I want to know is since I'm not gainining much from food or anything. What should I eat? and what kind of weight gainer would work well? If I'm real dedicated when will I start seeing result? I want target my weight within 150-160. I dont really want to be super big, But I dont want to be small. Just average built.
I was at food city saw some 4 pack of muscle milk should I buy some of those? Or am I better off going to my GNC or CVS getting some weight gainers? I'm on a budget I cant spend a lot on it. I dont know if I can afford to buy them every time I run out. I do have about 100 pounds worth of weight down stair I can use until I can start paying for 30 day gym membership.
Any advice on eating and weight gainers can be helpful thanks. Oh ya I did drink Amino Jac back in December. I sometimes can eat 8 times a day small meal and snack through out day. Some days I eat 3 big meals, some days 2 small meal, I just go back and forth.
