Hi GUys~ My boyfriend wants to start gaining weight. He is currently 5'5 and weights about 110lbs. He doesn't have an ounce of fat on him, he is just solid muscle, but hes not ripped or anything. He wants to start gaining wight, but hes not too much into working out right now. Can you tell me what he should eat, or rougly what he needs to do to start gaining? Any advice would really help.
