Gaining Weight

whats a fast weight to gain like 10 pounds?
if i drink lots of whey protien shakes will that do it or is there another way>?
 
10lbs of fat?
10lbs of pure muscle?
5lbs of each?

btw, there's NO fast way to gain 10lbs of muscle. expect 2 months, minimum, IF you do everything right.
 
does lean steak + eggs + fruits + protien shakes + cardio twice a week (running) + lifting weights (bench/free weight) sound good?
 
You didnt really answer malkores questions. There isn't one set magic diet. You need good carbs, good fats, and lean protein. The amount depends on what youre goals are and what youre trying to do.
 
well im not looking for a belly or fat around the pecs... just for my weight in general to go up around 5-10lbs..
